Black TECHNIQUES: Refine all techniques, combinations, sparring concepts and self defense; Prepare for Black Belt Exam; FITNESS REQUIREMENTS: 25 pushups; 50 sit-ups; 250 jumping jacks; KATA: Wansu; WRITTEN PORTION: Write one page paper titled “What I have learned on my path to Black Belt.”
